The Diana Foundation is honored to once again be recognized by OutSmart Magazine readers as Houston’s Favorite LGBTQ Philanthropic Organization in the 2025 Readers’ Choice Awards. This marks the second consecutive year The Diana Foundation has earned this top distinction, following last year’s win in 2024. In addition, the organization was recognized as a finalist in several other categories: Favorite Local LGBTQ Community Organization, Favorite LGBTQ Benefit Event of the Year (The Diana Awards), Favorite LGBTQ Social Group, and Favorite National LGBTQ Organization.
Tanner Williams, President of The Diana Foundation, shared, “We are deeply grateful to OutSmart readers for this recognition and for believing in the work we do. For over 70 years, The Diana Foundation has been committed to building community, celebrating friendship, and giving back to Houston’s LGBTQ+ nonprofits. This honor belongs to every member, volunteer, and supporter who makes our mission possible.”
As the organization celebrates this recognition, The Diana Foundation invites the community to join in upcoming events. On Sunday, November 2, The Diana Foundation will host Miss Angela’s Country Brunch at Lott Hall in Hermann Park, supporting Tony’s Place and Out for Education. In addition, the Foundation continues its tradition of welcoming friends and supporters at the monthly First Wednesday Happy Hours at The Montrose Country Club.
The Diana Foundation thanks the community for its continued support and looks forward to celebrating together at these events while continuing a proud legacy of philanthropy and friendship.
